All homemade….
Mesclun, spinach and bibb lettuce (all from my garden). Apples, almonds, carrots with lemon vinaigrette.
Grilled eggplant and roasted red pepper pannini with fresh mesclun, mozzarella, and lemon herb butter.
Baked Ziti with fresh basil from the garden.
Chocolate ganache chocolate cake. Divine.

Your garden veggies look fabulous, but what I really want is that cake.
Oh my word!!! What yummy food!! And to have fresh ingredients-- it just makes it all better doesn't it? ...and that cake!!!!!
