This is a dream I had. Me, my kids and my husband all working together on the garden. Above, Max is planting an onion.
Those larger plants were how the broccoli and cauliflower looked when we first planted them. Here is the progression.
Above: April 10, 2010. All the empty looking rows have seeds in them.

Just a few weeks later! Look at the broccoli!
The peas are grasping onto the poles.
I eat a fresh salad from these greens everyday. The birds kept eating all of my strawberries before they even fully ripened. So we bought that netting you can see…
…And we finally got our first strawberry!

WOW!!! Holy cow. Wonderful Virginia! it doesn't happen that fast here in Idaho. you're so good at weeding.
I know! It really is incredible. We go out sometimes 2 or 3 times daily to see how much things have grown. It's so much fun.
Wow!!! It really grew fast! Most of ours are still pretty small, definitely not ready for eating yet.
Your garden is so pretty and so clean! Do you weed it by hand or did you put something underneath it? Joy puts wet newspaper under the top layer of dirt and it keeps out weeds okay.
Brian just built a fence around it all with a gate to keep the animals out. We'll put photos of it on facebook soon.
